Who can take part

  • You are a man age 21 or older with prostate cancer that has spread.
  • You are receiving hormone therapy (ADT) as part of your treatment.
  • You live in a rural area (as defined by federal guidelines).
  • You have a working landline or cell phone at home.
  • You are not currently in a regular exercise rehab program.
  • You do not have unstable heart problems, uncontrolled high blood pressure, recent heart attack, pacemaker, painful or unstable bone tumors, or recent broken bones.
