Remote exercise for World Trade Center responders with prostate cancer

Who can take part

  • You are a World Trade Center responder with a confirmed prostate cancer diagnosis
  • You have completed your initial prostate cancer treatment (e.g., surgery or radiation); you may still be on active surveillance or hormone therapy
  • You are not very active right now (less than 90 minutes of moderate exercise or fewer than 2 strength sessions per week)
  • You can use video conferencing and are willing to join three exercise sessions per week for 16 weeks
  • You can walk without help, have no serious health problems, and do not have advanced cancer that has spread
