Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have extensive stage small cell lung cancer that has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan, and it has not been treated with radiation.
  • Your organs (like heart, lungs, kidneys, and liver) are working well enough for the study.
  • You are able to provide a fresh or stored tumor sample taken after your last cancer treatment.
  • You do not need oxygen at rest and do not have certain types of untreated brain metastases or have had prior treatments with specific drugs.
