Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has spread widely in the lung or to other parts of the body).
- Your cancer got worse after only one prior treatment, which included a type of immunotherapy (PD-1/PD-L1 inhibitor) combined with chemotherapy.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan and has not been treated with radiation.
- You are in generally good health, able to care for yourself, and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- You have not had prior treatment with drugs that block blood vessel growth (anti-angiogenic therapy) or with other drugs in the same class as the study drugs (TROP2-targeted therapy or topoisomerase I inhibitors).
