Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old with advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
- You can care for yourself and are up and about more than half of your waking hours (ECOG 0-1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your life expectancy is at least 3 months.
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use effective birth control and not breastfeed during the study and for 7 months after.
- You have not had other cancer in the last 2 years, except for cured skin or cervical cancer.
