Immunotherapy plus targeted therapy for HR+/HER2-low breast cancer before surgery

Breast Cancer Early Stage Breast Cancer (Stage 1-3)HR Positive/HER2 Low Breast Cancer

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer clinical trials.

This trial tests whether adding a new immunotherapy drug (adebrelimab) and a targeted therapy (T-DXd) to standard chemotherapy works better than chemotherapy alone for early-stage HR+/HER2-low breast cancer before surgery. It aims to shrink the tumor and reduce the chance of cancer coming back.

New drug combination before surgery for HR+ HER2-low breast cancer

This trial tests a new drug (SHR-A1811) alone or with another drug (adebrelimab) before surgery for women with a specific type of early-stage breast cancer called HR+, HER2-low. The goal is to see if this combination can shrink the tumor before surgery, possibly leading to better outcomes.

New treatment for HR-negative, HER2-low breast cancer before surgery

This trial tests a combination of two drugs (SHR-A1811 and Adebrelimab) given before surgery to women with a certain type of breast cancer that is hormone receptor (HR) negative or low and HER2 low. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor before surgery.
