Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced (stage 4) breast cancer that is HER2-negative (the cancer cells do not have too much HER2 protein).
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one prior treatment (like chemotherapy or hormone therapy). If your cancer is hormone receptor-positive, you must have also taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or MRI.
- You do not have brain metastases that are causing symptoms and need urgent treatment, OR you have had treatment for brain metastases that are now stable.
