  • You have a fully grown tooth with a closed root tip
  • The tooth has one root with a simple canal shape
  • You do not have any pain or symptoms from the tooth
  • You have a small infection (up to 5 mm) at the root tip seen on x-ray
  • The tooth can be fixed with a filling or crown
  • You do not have any serious health conditions
