This Study Will be Performed to Evaluate the Efficiency of 810 nm Diode Laser Disinfection on Periapical Healing in Root Canal Retreatment Cases

Who can take part

  • Your tooth has a single root with a simple (type I) canal shape.
  • You've had a root canal before that didn't heal properly.
  • The X-ray shows a clear infection or dark area around the root tip (PAI score of 3 or 4).
  • You haven't taken antibiotics in the last month.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you have no serious medical conditions or bone diseases.
  • The tooth can still be saved (no cracks, fractures, or resorption).
