- You have lost bone in your upper jaw (less than 6 mm left below the sinus).
- You are healthy with no serious medical conditions (ASA I or II).
- Your sinuses are clear and free of infection or disease.
- The gum tissue over the missing tooth area is healthy (no sores or swelling).
- You have enough space between your upper and lower teeth for a new crown.
- You do not smoke, have gum disease, sinusitis, or a history of head/neck radiation in the last year.
