Who can take part
- You have advanced (metastatic or locally advanced) bladder cancer that has spread or cannot be removed.
- Your cancer got worse after treatment with enfortumab vedotin plus pembrolizumab (EV-P) as your first therapy.
- You have not had more than one line of treatment for advanced disease, and you have not had platinum-based chemotherapy for advanced bladder cancer.
- You are able to get out of bed and care for yourself (ECOG score 0-2).
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within certain safe limits (your doctor will check).
