Drug combination before surgery for bladder cancer
Part of Cancer, Kidney & urinary, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.
This trial tests whether two drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) given before surgery can help patients with muscle-invasive bladder cancer or upper-tract urothelial cancer. The goal is to shrink tumors and improve outcomes before surgery removes the cancer.

This trial tests a combination of two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, given before surgery for upper tract urothelial cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink the tumor and improve outcomes for patients who are candidates for surgery.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, to treat muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to see if this can help patients avoid having their bladder removed. It is for people who cannot or choose not to have surgery.
This study tests two drugs, enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab, to see if they can help people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer avoid removing their bladder. The drugs are given before the standard surgery to possibly shrink the tumor and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a combination of two drugs (eribulin and toripalimab) given before surgery to remove bladder cancer. The goal is to shrink the tumor and improve outcomes for people with advanced or high-risk bladder cancer.
This trial tests whether two drugs (enfortumab vedotin and pembrolizumab) work better than radiation with chemotherapy for muscle-invasive bladder cancer. The goal is to treat your cancer while keeping your bladder instead of removing it.
