New drug combo for advanced colorectal cancer

RAS/BRAF Wild Type Colorectal Cancer

Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that cannot be removed with surgery and has spread to other parts of the body.
  • Your cancer has a normal (wild-type) RAS and BRAF gene, meaning no mutations in these genes.
  • You have already tried at least three chemotherapy drugs (oxaliplatin, fluorouracil, and irinotecan) and also tried cetuximab or bevacizumab, but your cancer continued to grow.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old, in fairly good health (able to do daily activities), and expected to live more than 3 months.
  • You must not have had previous treatment with drugs that target both EGFR and c-Met pathways at the same time.
