Who can take part
- You have metastatic colorectal cancer that is RAS wild-type (meaning it has no mutation in the RAS gene).
- You have already tried chemotherapy with oxaliplatin or irinotecan, and possibly anti-VEGF or anti-EGFR therapy.
- If your tumor has high microsatellite instability (MSI-H) or is mismatch repair deficient (dMMR), you must have also tried an immunotherapy drug like a PD-1 inhibitor.
- Your cancer does not have a BRAF mutation.
- You have at least one measurable tumor (longest diameter at least 10 mm) on a scan.
- You are in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1), with adequate organ function and a life expectancy of at least 12 weeks.
