Who can take part

  • You have advanced colorectal cancer that has gotten worse after trying at least two standard treatments.
  • Your tumor has a specific marker called HER2 IHC3+, which will be checked by a central lab.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and are generally well enough to be out of bed (ECOG 0-1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You agree to provide a tumor sample (recent or stored) for testing.
