Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • You have colorectal cancer that has spread and has a specific genetic change called 'RAS wild-type and BRAF V600E mutation'
  • Your first standard treatment (including chemo with oxaliplatin or irinotecan) did not work or caused side effects you couldn't tolerate
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
  • You are generally able to take care of yourself (ECOG score 0-2)
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) are within acceptable ranges
