Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is under 30.
  • You do not take any prescription medications and have no chronic diseases.
  • You are not very active (sedentary or low active based on a standard activity questionnaire).
  • If you have normal blood pressure, your systolic should be below 120 and diastolic below 80. If you have prehypertension, your doctor has confirmed the diagnosis.
