  • Your child has been diagnosed with cystic fibrosis (CF) and is being seen by a CF care team at a participating center.
  • Your child is between 18 months and 11 years old.
  • You and your child speak English or Spanish.
  • You, as a parent or guardian, agree to let your child take part, and if your child is 7-11 years old they also agree.
