Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a type of thyroid cancer that cannot be treated with standard surgery alone—like radioactive-iodine-refractory, medullary, anaplastic, or another advanced thyroid cancer.
  • A team of thyroid experts has said your cancer cannot be removed fully by surgery, or surgery would be too risky.
  • Your cancer has a specific genetic change (like BRAF, RET, NTRK, TERT, or others) or shows signs that a certain targeted drug might help (like PD-L1 positivity or prior progression on multi-kinase inhibitors).
  • You are in fairly good health overall (able to care for yourself and be up and about at least half the day).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans (or for medullary thyroid cancer, abnormal blood markers).
