  • You are a civilian aged 18 or older
  • You lived in Ukraine when the full-scale war started and still live there now
  • You can join sessions in person or online, using a smartphone or computer
  • You speak Ukrainian or Russian
  • You have symptoms of depression, anxiety, stress, or other war-related emotional difficulties (at least moderate severity)
