  • You are a new patient at the outpatient clinic for Nutrition and Psychosomatics in Graz.
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You can speak and read German well enough to take part.
  • You have access to email and can complete online surveys.
  • You do not have dementia, severe substance abuse, or serious physical or mental problems that would make it hard to answer questions.
  • You do not have cancer, a severe autoimmune disease, or a weakened immune system.
