Who can take part
- You are male and at least 18 years old.
- Your doctor suspects you may have significant prostate cancer and you've had an MRI showing a PI-RADS score of 1 to 4 within the last 6 months, or you have other risk factors like high PSA, abnormal exam, or family history.
- You have never had a prostate biopsy before.
- You are generally healthy enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0 to 2).
- You agree to the study procedures and radiation safety rules.
