Who can take part

  • You must have penile squamous cell carcinoma that is locally advanced or has spread to other parts of the body and cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your tumor must test positive for EGFR (a protein on cancer cells).
  • You must not have received any previous cancer treatment for advanced disease.
  • You must be a man 18 years or older.
  • You must be in good overall health (able to do daily activities) with adequate organ function.
