Who can take part
- Confirmed penile squamous cell carcinoma (a type of skin cancer of the penis) by biopsy
- Cancer cells must show EGFR expression (a protein marker) on testing
- You have enlarged lymph nodes in the groin or pelvis, OR your cancer is difficult to remove while preserving penis function
- At least one measurable tumor on imaging scans
- Good heart, blood cell, liver, and kidney function based on recent blood tests and heart ultrasound
- No prior chemotherapy, except if you received chemotherapy after surgery more than 6 months ago
