Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 26 years old.
  • You had surgery to repair a torn Achilles tendon on one side.
  • You are 4 to 6 weeks after surgery and can put some or all of your weight on your foot.
  • You are willing to take part in a rehab program.
  • You do not have other serious health problems like nerve issues, heart problems, or foot ulcers.
