Who can take part

  • Your child must be between 3 and 7 years old and have had successful open-heart surgery to fix their congenital heart disease in one operation.
  • Your child has been discharged home after finishing inpatient recovery from the surgery.
  • Your child should not have serious heart rhythm issues, other major illnesses, or severe heart failure (NYHA Class IV).
  • Your child must be able to communicate in Chinese.
  • You must be the child's parent (father or mother) and the one who has cared for them the longest. You also need to be able to use a smartphone or computer and communicate in Chinese.
