  • You are between 18 and 45 years old.
  • You are in generally good health with no serious medical conditions.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 19 and 28.
  • Men weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs), women at least 45 kg (99 lbs).
  • You have not taken any prescription or over-the-counter drugs, supplements, or certain foods (like grapefruit) in the past 2 weeks.
  • You have no history of allergies to sirolimus, polyethylene glycol, or lactose, and no history of organ transplant or immune system disorders.
