Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older.
- You have a fast-growing type of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment.
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and lungs are working well enough for a stem cell transplant and CAR-T therapy.
- Your blood cell counts (red cells, white cells, and platelets) are high enough to proceed.
- You do not have active serious infections, heart disease, other cancers needing treatment, or conditions that require strong steroids.
- You are willing to use birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child.
