Who can take part
- You or your child must be between 14 and 85 years old and expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Your cancer cells must have both CD19 and CD22 proteins on their surface (a lab test can check this).
- Your lymphoma or leukemia must have come back or not responded to standard first treatment.
- You must be feeling well enough to perform daily activities (ECOG score 0–2) and have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your heart, liver, kidneys, and blood counts (white cells, red cells, platelets) must be in a healthy enough range.
- You cannot be pregnant, have an active uncontrolled infection, or have had a previous gene therapy treatment.
