AI and scans to predict immunotherapy response in liver cancer

Hepatocellular Carcinoma (HCC)

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This study uses artificial intelligence (AI) to analyze your CT or MRI scans and help predict how well immunotherapy might work for your liver cancer. The goal is to find better ways to match you with the right treatment and improve your outcomes.

NCT07732504Not yet recruiting
AI-guided monitoring after liver cancer surgery or ablation

This trial tests whether an artificial intelligence system can help detect liver cancer recurrence earlier after curative treatment, allowing for potentially curative salvage therapy. Participants who have undergone complete surgical removal or ablation of their first liver cancer will be monitored with AI-assisted imaging.

NCT07538882Recruiting
AI-Assisted Staging and Treatment Planning for Liver Cancer

This trial uses artificial intelligence to help doctors better stage (classify the severity of) and plan treatment for hepatocellular carcinoma, a type of primary liver cancer. Researchers will collect your clinical information and imaging to see if AI can improve decision-making about your care.

NCT07417800Recruiting
Predicting liver cancer treatment after surgery

This study uses digital scans of your tumor tissue and CT/MRI images to build a computer model that helps predict whether you might need extra treatment (adjuvant therapy) after liver cancer surgery. The goal is to use your own tissue and scan data to personalize follow-up care.

NCT07170345Recruiting
AI to detect hidden spread in liver cancer from scans

This trial uses a computer program to help doctors find signs of microscopic tumor spread in blood vessels (microvascular invasion) from liver cancer images. It aims to improve treatment planning for patients who are having surgery.

Fuzhou, Fujian
NCT07768085Not yet recruiting
AI-assisted reading for liver lesions on CT scans

This study tests whether an AI tool can help doctors read CT scans of the liver to find cancerous spots. If you have had a CT scan of your abdomen with specific timing, you might be able to join.

Shenyang, Liaoning
NCT07582419Not yet recruiting
AI imaging to guide early liver cancer surgery decisions

This study uses advanced imaging (ultrasound with contrast dye and MRI) combined with artificial intelligence to help doctors plan the best surgery for early-stage liver cancer. The goal is to improve treatment outcomes and help doctors choose between two surgical options: removing part of the liver or using heat to destroy the tumor.
