Who can take part

  • You are a woman between 18 and 46 years old
  • You are currently pregnant and less than 25 weeks along
  • You can read and write in English
  • You have experienced a trauma and have been diagnosed with PTSD
  • If you take psychiatric medication, it must be at a stable dose for at least 2 weeks (or 6 weeks for fluoxetine)
  • You do not have bipolar disorder, psychosis, active suicidal thoughts, substance use disorder, or use benzodiazepines more than 4 times a week
