Who can take part

  • You have a type of blood cancer called MDS or CMML that has come back or not responded to treatment, and you've had at least one prior therapy.
  • Your blood or bone marrow cancer cells (blasts) are less than 20%.
  • You are well enough to be up and about (ECOG performance status 0, 1, or 2).
  • You have symptoms from your disease that need treatment and can be measured.
  • You are willing to provide a bone marrow sample before starting the study.
  • You have not taken other IRAK-blocking drugs or certain other medications before joining.
