Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a specific blood cancer diagnosis, such as CMML, CML, MDS/MPN, or MPN in accelerated phase.
  • If you are in the phase 1 part, your disease must have come back or not responded to at least two cycles of treatment.
  • If you are in the phase 2 part, you must be newly diagnosed and have not had intensive chemotherapy, though some prior treatments are allowed.
  • You must be able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-2) and have adequate liver, kidney, and organ function.
  • You cannot have had an organ or stem cell transplant, and you must not have had certain other cancers or conditions.
