  • You are a healthy adult aged 18 or older
  • Your BMI is between 27 and 45 (overweight or obese)
  • You are not currently taking weight loss medications or certain other medicines
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy (if female)
  • You do not have diabetes, celiac disease, or a psychiatric disorder
  • You can read, speak, and understand English fluently
