Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You have a broken leg or arm bone that hasn't healed (nonunion), with bone loss greater than 30% of the bone's width and a gap of 2 to 3 cm long.
  • Or you have a solitary bone cyst that takes up more than half of the bone's width.
  • You do not have cancer, active infection, tuberculosis, or other bone problems in the same area.
  • You do not have severe osteoporosis (bone density score below -2.5).
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning pregnancy within one year after starting the trial.
