Who can take part
- You are 18 or older with moderate to severe hidradenitis suppurativa (Hurley stage II or III) affecting at least two body areas.
- You have at least 3 painful lumps (abscesses or inflamed nodules) and a score of 11 or more on the IHS4 scale.
- You take strong painkillers (opioids) at a dose of 20 mg or more every day.
- You have already tried and not improved with at least 3 months of oral antibiotics and a biologic drug (like adalimumab, infliximab, or secukinumab).
- You must be up to date on your COVID-19 and flu vaccines (or willing to get them before the study).
- You are not pregnant, have no active infections (like herpes, HIV, hepatitis), and have no serious heart problems.
