Who can take part

  • You have advanced ovarian cancer (including fallopian tube or primary peritoneal cancer) that has come back or stopped responding to standard treatments, including at least one platinum-based chemotherapy.
  • A recent tumor sample shows your cancer cells have two specific proteins, CD146 and GPC3 (this is checked by a special lab test).
  • You are at least 18 years old, in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0 or 1), and have adequate organ function (liver, kidneys, bone marrow).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT scan or other imaging.
  • You have not had any prior CAR-T cell therapy targeting CD146 or GPC3, and you do not have active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, or other serious medical conditions that would make the trial unsafe.
