Tislelizumab plus chemo for MHC-II-positive stomach cancer

Gastric Cancer Stage

Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system clinical trials.

This trial tests whether adding a drug called tislelizumab (an immunotherapy) to standard chemotherapy before and after surgery is better than chemotherapy alone for people with a specific type of stomach or GEJ cancer that has a high level of a marker called MHC class II. The goal is to see if it helps shrink the tumor and improves the chance of successful surgery.

NCT06238167Not yet recruiting· Phase 2
Tislelizumab plus chemo after surgery for older stomach cancer patients

This trial tests a combination of an immunotherapy drug (tislelizumab) and chemotherapy after surgery to prevent stomach cancer from coming back in older patients. It may be a good option for people who have had their cancer completely removed and are in good overall health.

NCT05687357Recruiting· Phase 2
Tislelizumab plus chemoradiation before surgery for stomach cancer

This Phase 2 trial studies giving tislelizumab (an immune therapy) together with pre-surgery chemoradiation for locally advanced stomach or GEJ (esophagus-stomach junction) adenocarcinoma. It compares this approach to the standard treatment (chemoradiation plus surgery) to see if it improves outcomes.
