- You have stomach or gastroesophageal junction adenocarcinoma confirmed by biopsy.
- Your cancer is locally advanced (stage T1-2N1-3 or T3-4aN0-3) and has not spread to distant organs.
- You are between 20 and 80 years old, with good physical condition (ECOG 0-1).
- You have not received any prior cancer treatment such as chemotherapy, radiation, or immunotherapy.
- You do not have a history of autoimmune disease, active infections like hepatitis B/C, or serious heart or lung conditions.
