Who can take part
- You agree to join the study after signing informed consent, and you are at least 18 years old
- Your colon or rectal cancer is confirmed as adenocarcinoma and has spread (metastatic) with at least one measurable spot on a recent CT or MRI
- The cancer is mainly not treatable by surgery, or you cannot or do not want surgery
- Your tumor tests negative for RAS mutations (RAS wild-type) using a validated lab test
- You are well enough for treatment (ECOG performance status 0–2) and your blood, liver, and kidney tests meet minimum thresholds
- You have not had prior drug treatment for metastatic cancer (adjuvant chemo is allowed only if finished more than 3 months ago)
