Who can take part

  • You can speak and understand English comfortably
  • You’ve been off work less than 8 weeks due to a back or neck muscle or joint injury
  • You are between 25 and 65 years old
  • You are currently going to physical therapy for your injury
  • You are getting wage replacement benefits from the WSIB (Ontario workplace insurance)
  • You are not currently seeing a therapist for a mental health issue, and your injury does not involve a broken bone or serious spine problem
