Who can take part

  • You have pain in your low back, neck, front of knee, or shoulder (specifically rotator cuff-related).
  • Your pain has lasted at least 6 weeks.
  • You can understand and speak English or French.
  • You haven't had a steroid injection for this pain in the last 3 months.
  • You haven't had specific treatments like prescribed exercises or medications for this pain in the last 6 weeks.
  • You don't have any serious conditions like fractures, infections, inflammatory arthritis, or nerve damage that could cause your pain.
