Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have an advanced solid tumor (cancer that has spread or cannot be removed) that has gotten worse after standard treatment, or no standard treatment exists.
  • You can take care of yourself and are up and about more than 50% of the day (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • Your cancer has not spread to your brain causing symptoms, you do not have an autoimmune disease, and you are generally healthy enough for the trial.
  • You have not had certain other treatments, infections, or medical conditions that would interfere with the study (your doctor will review all details).
