  • You are a woman between 35 and 55 years old.
  • You do not exercise regularly (sedentary).
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 30 and 39.9.
  • You have a high level of inflammation in your body (a score above 75 on a special questionnaire).
  • You do not have any orthopedic, heart, or other health problem that would stop you from walking or exercising.
