Who can take part
- You had a stroke (either ischemic or hemorrhagic) that left your arm weak or hard to move.
- Your stroke happened at least 6 months ago (chronic stage).
- You have mild to moderate arm weakness (scores 35–53 on a special arm function test).
- Your arm muscles are not too tight (a score below 3 on a tightness scale).
- You are able to understand instructions and follow along (MMSE score above 24).
- You have no other serious health problems that limit arm movement, like severe pain or recent surgery.
