  • You are a woman between 65 and 84 years old
  • You do not have any major health problems that affect walking (like heart disease, stroke, or joint problems)
  • You can walk on your own, with or without a cane or walker
  • You live in a nursing home or in your own home
  • You do not take statin medication for cholesterol
  • You have not been diagnosed with muscle wasting (sarcopenia)
