  • You have a diagnosis of neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1).
  • You have had pain or discomfort from NF1 that interfered with daily activities in the past 2 weeks.
  • You can speak and read English.
  • You do not have moderate to severe cognitive difficulties that would prevent you from using the app independently (your doctor can help determine this).
