Who can take part
- You must have a solid tumor that has a specific gene change (MTAP deletion or loss) confirmed by a special test.
- Your cancer must be advanced (cannot be removed by surgery or has spread) and standard treatments no longer work.
- You must be in good physical condition (ECOG score 0 or 1), meaning you can care for yourself and are up and about more than 50% of the day.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (CT or MRI).
- You must not have had prior treatment with a drug that targets PRMT5 or MAT2A (related to MTAP).
- You must not have active brain tumors that have spread to the brain or certain severe stomach/intestinal problems.
