Who can take part

  • You have advanced or metastatic solid tumor cancer with a change in the MTAP gene (known as homozygous deletion), found in a tumor tissue test.
  • You have tried standard treatments for your cancer and they stopped working, or no standard treatment is available or right for you.
  • You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan with RECIST or mRECIST criteria.
  • Your blood clotting test results (INR and aPTT) are within certain limits, with slightly higher levels allowed if your cancer has spread to the liver.
  • You are physically active enough to have a performance status of 0 or 1 on the ECOG scale, meaning you can do daily activities without help or with minimal help.
