Who can take part

  • Children aged 6 to 12 years old.
  • Must have at least one back molar with white, cream, yellow, or brown spots, or damaged enamel from MIH.
  • The affected tooth must be painful when touched or when eating/drinking, with a sensitivity score of 2 or 3 on a scale called SCASS.
  • No serious health or learning problems.
  • No use of desensitizing treatments in the last 6 months.
  • No pain relievers or anti-inflammatory drugs taken in the last 3 days.
